Mr. Peselman has been involved in real estate development, operations and management since 1995, when he bought his first condominium in Brookline, Massachusetts. Growing up in a real estate family, Mr. Peselman had the opportunity to see purchase negotiations, institutional financing deals and condominium conversions first hand.
Since his first condominium purchase in 1995, Mr. Peselman has completed several dozen condominium renovations, a 55 unit condominium conversion in the Central Square area of Cambridge, renovation of a 15 multifamily building in the Boston area and three land deals. Additionally Mr. Peselman has been involved in a green-field 312 unit apartment complex in Mission, TX and several row houses in Chicago.
Mr. Peselman received his MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance in 2000 and a Bachelors of Science in Business and Economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1995.
With over 15 years in the real estate business, Mark Lepler has achieved success developing in excess of 560 units, with a construction value exceeding $230,000,000. During this time, he and his partners have developed successful marketing strategies in the disposition of over 400 3rd party units, totaling $163,500,000 in sales. By providing some of the highest quality and priced units in Boston’s exclusive Back Bay, Mark and his affiliates have developed a reputation of extreme care and attention to market and consumer detail.
Mark received a BA from Clark University in 1987. He attended Berklee College of Music for graduate work in songwriting, production and performance. After a 15 year successful music career, Mark forayed into the acquisition of residential apartment buildings which is where his focus remains.
