The Mission Hill area caters largely to students and young professionals that desire its proximity to the multitude of colleges and universities that are walking distance as well as the medical area which is only a few blocks away. Additionally Mission Hill is right on the Green Line of the public transit system making it minute from the downtown, financial and waterfront districts of Boston.
At Mission Capital Group we understand the demand of the market we develop for. The majority of the tenants that we work for are students at the area private institutions or are associated with the local business and medical community. Most of these twenty and thirty year olds come from upper middleclass families and are accustomed to a certain grade of living. Unfortunately a lot of the buildings in the neighborhood are in ill repair, lack modern comforts and do not have living layouts conducive to today’s needs and wants.
